Easygift Trading is a fast-growing company based in Rochdale. We are looking for an enthusiastic multi-skilled warehouse operative to join our team to start ASAP. With interviews being conducted immediately.
The Opportunity
We are a very busy warehouse in which we process incoming deliveries there’s always a lot of activity as we often have a quick stock turnaround: but you’ll receive, support and a spirit of camaraderie!
The role will involve handling incoming and outgoing stock, dealing with orders and using our in-house programs, the role can be very demanding: it needs concentration, motivation and energy as everybody in the warehouse works under pressure to reach deadlines! It will involve teamwork in the warehouse and with other departments within the company, so you need to be conscientious and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with goods in & out, unloading & loading containers
- Accurately updating inventory records.
- Stock transfers.
- Maintaining the Warehouse.
- Picking replenishment
- Quality & Quantity Control.
- Shrink wrapping and palletizing
- Sorting stock
The Skills you will need:
- Have proficient numeracy skills and computer skills
- Methodical approach to problem solving and ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing workload and multitasking
- Be able to work effectively as a team member
