Rogers Wholesale Foods are hiring and have a vacancy for a Warehouse Sales Assistant to join our team at our Warehouse in Bilston.

Job Description:
* To always deliver a friendly service, smiling, greeting and making eye contact with every customer you come into contact with. This is something we pride ourselves on at Rogers Wholesale Foods.
* Actively working on the till to provide an excellent customer service.
* Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
* Carrying out stock replenishment, tidying up the store and general housekeeping.
* Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
* Keep up to date with product information.
* Accurately describe product features and benefits.
* Helping with deliveries which can require moving large quantities of stock.
* Working as an active member of our team, supporting management and colleagues in all tasks.
* Follow all company policies and procedures.
* Demonstrate good product knowledge and explaining what we specialise in to customers and approaching them if they may require assistance.
The Requirements:
* Experience within a warehouse/retail environment.
* Basic understanding of sale principles and customer service practices.
* A Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to participate as part of a team.
* Track record of over- achieving sales quota.
* Flexibility towards working hours.
* Basic administration skills.
* Proficiency in English.
* Forklift licence would be an advantage.

Details
* 40 hours week - permanent contract - working 5 days a week on a 7 day rota to include weekend work
* £21,673.60 per annum
* Due to Nature of the job, weekends are our busiest trading days so expect weekend work as part of normal working week, with rota basis for weekends off.
*28 days paid holiday per annum, including bank/ public holidays.
